What data we collect
Company and employee data at signup through A3.ID, the client data you enter into the CRM (contacts, deals, invoices), and technical usage data.
How we use the data
To run the CRM, provide support, bill the subscription and improve the product. Client data in your CRM belongs to you and is not used for other purposes.
Where the data is stored
Data is hosted on servers in Kazakhstan. Details on data residency by country are on the “Data residency” page and at a3.solutions.
Access and deletion
You can request an export or deletion of your company data by emailing us. Employees get role-based access configured by the account owner.
