Online payment and receipts
Connect the gateway of your country in the company settings, and the client pays the invoice by link with a card or a banking app. The CRM marks the payment by itself, and the gateway issues the receipt.
Your own gateway by API
Your bank is not on the list? Describe its HTTP API: the address, the request format and an HMAC SHA256 or SHA512 signature, and the CRM works with it like a built-in one.
Cryptocurrency and cash
Payment in cryptocurrency through PassimPay. Cash and bank transfers are marked by the manager with the payment type.
Fiscal receipts
For gateways with receipts, set the tax system, payment method and payment subject: the payment service issues the receipt under the rules of the country.
VAT rates by country
Rates are already in the directory: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan 12%, Mongolia 10%, Russia from 0 to 22%. VAT is included in the price or added on top.
Payments marked by themselves
The gateway notification is checked against the invoice amount and currency, and only then the invoice becomes paid. No manual statement reconciliation.
